Parcel box: Produce
After getting confirmations the details(style, color, size, logo…) by customers, we will begin to arrange the produce.
Our regular process step are laser cutting, deburring, bending, welding, polishing, powder coating, assembling.And we will full check after finish the every process.
Laser Cutting: Our factory is equipped with two large-scale laser cutting machines, Laser cutter is a precise and energy-efficient machine suitable for thin or medium gauges of sheet metal, which can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of product production and ensure delivery.
Deburring: Remove the burrs on the product surface itself or after cutting to ensure smooth metal sheet surface.
Bending: Bend the metal sheet to the shape we need. Basically it can meet most styles of parcel box shapes required by our customers.
Welding: By welding separate sheet metal parts together,some parts of the folded cabinet to fix the shape of the box to prepare for the next polishing.
Polishing: Polish the solder joints after welding to prevent the surface of the parcel box damage.
Powder Coating: According to the needs of customers, we can choose different colors. After powder coating, we can ensure that the surface of the box will not be directly damaged by weather, and it can also beautify our products.
Assembling: Multiple checks are carried out before and after installation to ensure that the product is free of any quality issues.
Packaging: The package is bubble bag and outer carton, with accessories package, it can protect parcel box well.
Parcel box: Inspect and Test
Parcel box inspection and testing, is to ensure that each parcel box has no quality problems when delivered from our factory to customers.
Inspection:
1.Surface inspection of the delivered sheet metal.
2.Check whether there are burrs on the surface of the sheet after laser cutting that need to be processed.
3.After bending the metal sheet, use a caliper to measure the size of each part, and a universal angle ruler to measure the bending angle, to ensure that it is consistent with the drawings provided .
4.After the welding is completed, check whether is it firm, etc..
5.Before powder coating, all the parcel boxes should be checked for deformation and whether the solder joints are all smooth.
6.After the powder coating is completed, it is necessary to check whether the inside and outside of the product are evenly sprayed, whether there is leakage of spraying, thick spraying, and whether there are scratches on the surface of the product, etc.
7.Check all product surfaces for problems before and after the parcel box is installed.
Test:
1.Usage test
Test the function of each delivery port of the parcel box, whether the delivery is smooth; whether it is convenient to take out the packages, etc.
2.Waterproof test
By simulating outdoor rainy days, check whether there is water seepage in the box,to ensure that the inner packages are still dry.
3.Anti-theft test
Whether the firmness of the parcel box is qualified, and whether the internal package can be stolen through the delivery port, etc.
4.Outdoor test
Leave the parcel box outdoors for a long time, and observe whether the surface spray layer will fall off, discolor, etc
Parcel box: Usage

According to the location where the customer needs to install (such as doorway, wall, fence…), we have adjusted the corresponding installation holes for the parcel box.
For the standing floor parcel box, after determining the installation location, first confirm the approximate point through the installation hole at the bottom of the parcel box, punch holes, put the parcel box after completion, and screw in 4 expansion screws in turn to fix the parcel box. After installation, it can ensure that the parcel box will not be moved.
